Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be printed and processed for shipping. After processing, the average shipping time is about 4-7 business days for posters.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Printful ships internationally from the Printful facility closest to your shipping location. There are facilities located in the US, Canada, Spain, Latvia, Australia & Japan. International orders will be charged a flat shipping rate. Customers are responsible for all customs fees.

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact me immediately at allison.filice@gmail.com. I may or may not be able to accommodate requests depending on what stage of processing and shipping your order is in.

 

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

If you made an error in your shipping address please contact me immediately at allison.filice@gmail.com to have it changed. If your item has already shipped - please reach out to the carrier directly for changes. If the item is returned to Printful due to an incorrect address, they can re-ship it for an additional shipping fee to the correct address.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Please contact me as soon as possible at allison.filice@gmail.com. Sorry, there are currently no refunds offered for buyer's remorse or size exchanges.
